1. Who provides the software

X Media Pocket is operated by an independent developer in South Korea under the publisher name twitter_x_media_download. Contact: nafk259@gmail.com. These terms apply to your use of our website and software. X Media Pocket is not affiliated with or endorsed by X Corp.

2. What we provide

The Chrome extension identifies available photos and videos on supported X pages and lets you save selected files to your device. We provide software access, not ownership of media or permission to reuse it. Availability can change when X changes its service.

3. Permitted use

Only save or use content when you have the necessary rights or permission. Follow applicable law and the relevant website’s terms. Do not use the software to bypass access controls, infringe copyright or privacy, distribute unlawful content, or interfere with our service. You are responsible for the files you choose to download and how you use them.

4. Plans and subscriptions

The Free plan provides 100 completed file downloads per calendar month in UTC per Chrome installation. The Plus plan costs US$4.99 per month and removes that monthly limit while active. Taxes and the final amount will be disclosed before checkout. See Pricing.

Paddle acts as the reseller and merchant of record for transactions completed through it. Those purchases will also be subject to Paddle’s Buyer Terms. No subscription begins merely by visiting this website.

5. Renewal and cancellation

A purchased monthly subscription renews automatically until cancelled. Cancel before the next renewal using the billing-management link in your receipt, or contact support for help. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period unless a refund or other termination applies. Cancellation alone does not refund a completed payment. 6. Availability and support

We aim to keep the software working but cannot promise uninterrupted service or support for every post, media format or X page. Contact us if a paid feature does not work as described. Nothing in these terms excludes remedies required by consumer law.

7. Privacy and security

Our Privacy Policy explains data handling. Keep any subscription recovery key private. Never send passwords, full payment-card details or recovery keys to support.

8. Suspension and changes

We may restrict use that violates these terms or threatens security. Where practical we will explain the reason and provide a way to contact us. Material subscription or price changes will be communicated before they affect future billing, with an opportunity to cancel. Mandatory consumer protections continue to apply.

9. Your rights and contact

These terms do not limit statutory consumer rights, including rights relating to faulty or misdescribed services. Please contact nafk259@gmail.com about complaints, billing questions or these terms. You retain any right to seek help from consumer authorities or competent courts.
